Indeed Flex Switches to Branch to Provide Same-Day Pay To Workers

In search of a way to offer fast, flexible payments, Indeed Flex partnered with Branch to provide same-day pay to workers using their platform.

Switching to Same-Day Pay to Promote Financial Flexibility

The Indeed Flex platform previously paid workers on a weekly basis. While this was more frequent than the traditional bi-weekly pay cycle, it’s clear that workers these days value an even faster pace of pay, with 3 out of 4 temporary workers preferring to be paid every day. Indeed Flex decided to implement Branch to deliver same-day payments to align more closely with their overall mission of offering flexibility to their workers.

Adding Financial Wellness + Fast Payments to Empower More Workers

Flexers can now also access fee-free digital banking, since the Branch App offers a digital wallet backed by a fee-free bank account* and Mastercard debit card. These financial wellness tools aim to help workers manage their finances more effectively and access financial services they may not have been able to in the past.
