Why did you partner with Branch

UKG heard from customers that Earned Wage Access (EWA) was becoming necessary to support and retain employees. On top of that, businesses were increasingly frustrated with using traditional, costly paycards to pay employees. Branch was able to offer both EWA and a paycard alternative at no cost through their Employer Payments Platform.
