Once you have time and attendance, you can go back in to determine what the hours should be and the rates on those hours. This takes time card reconciliation—especially for large clients—from something that might take two to three hours to get done down to five or six minutes within the CTM platform.
When it comes to approving time and attendance, there are different methods you can choose from as well, including mobile digital signatures, uploading of signed timesheets, or timecard review and approval.
